 Meet Rusty!

We've seen a lot of cats through our Sunday FixKC Clinics and while each one has been unique, it was an extra special day when we met our first canine patient - Rusty!  This sweet Wheaton Terrier thought his first class treatment at the clinic was pretty special too. 

From the soft music and calming lavendar scent to the warm booties on his paws during surgery, Rusty experienced all of the extra features that have been built into the clinic.  "We've worked hard to create a soothing environment to reduce the stress on our animal patients", states Staff Veterinarian, Sheila Dodson. 

Now that the new No More Homeless Pets KC spay/neuter clinic is open, we are able to provide services to both cat and dog owners.  Our services are targeted to low income pet owners as well as people that are caring for free roaming/stray cats and we also look forward to serving our animal welfare community partners.  More...

 

No More Homeless Pets KC

Almost everyone has had a pet in their life that really touched their heart. Whether it was your first fuzzy puppy when you were a kid or a stray cat that you adopted and became its lifetime friend. It is that kind of overpowering love for animals that has brought countless shelters, rescue groups, individuals, and veterinarians together to form No More Homeless Pets Kansas City.

It is our goal to end pet-over population through cooperative spay and neuter, humane education, and adoption programs. Please join us in this important community effort.

The NMHP Fix KC cat clinics will be "operating" again throughout the year!

NMHP Fix KC clinics are offered for people who are financially disadvantaged and/or individuals who are dealing with feral or stray cats, or large populations of cats. Individuals must qualify for these special clinics. more
